Healthiest Employers in Oregon Ranking
Aldrich CPAs, Advisors, and Consultants has been named as one of Portland Business Journal’s 2014 Healthiest Employers of Oregon. Aldrich ranked sixth in the “medium employers” category, those with 100-499 employees.
The Healthiest Employers program is designed to reward companies who demonstrate innovation and leadership in their wellness programs. This is the third consecutive year Aldrich has received the recognition as one of Oregon’s Healthiest Employers.

We take a holistic approach to developing wellness programs and want our people to have the ability to live and work with wellness as a goal” said Steve Tatone, Managing Partner. Aldrich offers a variety of health programs throughout the year employees to help our people stay happy, healthy and invested in our culture.
This year, Aldrich initiated a company-wide program called the “Walk Across America Fitbit Challenge” to encourage employees to increase their daily movement. Participating employees are able to track their progress electronically and support their team using their Fitbit Flex band. Together, our goal is to walk the distance from our office in San Diego, California to our office in Anchorage, Alaska, approximately 3,500 miles.
