Debi Smith has been with Aldrich for over 20 years. Debi specializes in serving nonprofit organizations, drawn to their mission-driven impact and their role in creating positive change in the community.

Debi is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and CalCPA. She holds a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting from California State University San Marcos and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Outside the office, Debi enjoys ultra running, volunteering at local races, and is a member of SURF (San Diego Ultra Running Friends). She also spends time hiking, camping, snowboarding, traveling, and recently started gardening, having planted her first meadow garden at home.
