Nick Uren joined Aldrich CPAs and Advisors in 2022. Nick specializes in international tax, transfer pricing, and mergers and acquisitions. Before his career at Aldrich, Nick worked for several years at two Big 4 accounting firms and most recently was a leader with Grant Thornton’s Pacific Northwest international tax practice. Nick has provided international tax and transfer pricing advice for Fortune 100 companies, emerging growth businesses, startups, and individuals. He has worked on both large global mergers as well as sales of family businesses.

Nick graduated with his bachelor’s in business from the University of Montana, his MBA from Seattle University, and his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in Oregon and Washington and a member of the Oregon Bar Association tax section and the Washington State Bar Association tax section. Nick is a former chair of the International Tax Committee of the Washington State Bar Association tax section. Outside of work, Nick enjoys being outdoors camping, hiking, and skiing with his wife and sons.
