LAKE OSWEGO, ORE., JANUARY 25, 2023— Celebrating the fifth year of the Stephen M. Tatone Servant Leadership Award, Aldrich is pleased to announce Jenny Hudson, Director of Administration + Facilities, as the 2023 recipient. Inspired by former Aldrich CEO, Steve Tatone, this award recognizes an outstanding team member who embodies Aldrich’s guiding principle of servant leadership, by helping others first, leading with empathy and making meaningful contributions to something greater than themselves.

Jenny joined Aldrich in 2001 as the Office Manager, supporting the audit team and overseeing operations for our two Oregon offices. As Aldrich geographies expanded to California and beyond, so did Jenny’s role and responsibilities. In 2013, she was promoted to Director of Administration + Facilities, leading our reception team, managing office leases and operations, along with steering office relocations and renovations. Jenny is known for her attention to detail, unflappable demeanor, and strong relationships in every Aldrich location.

When describing Jenny, one nominator wrote, “I have had the pleasure of working alongside Jenny on many projects throughout the years and she is the hardest working person I know. She is motivated not only by completing the task at hand with care and thoughtfulness, but also by the positive impact the project will have on employees. She cares about people on a deep personal level and never expects anything in return.”

Jenny graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration and an option in Management. She served on the board for the Willamette Humane Society for 14 years, and remains involved as a volunteer. She is active in her community and known by friends and neighbors as one to jump in wherever help is needed. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and mountain biking with her husband, along with travelling to nature destinations like Crater Lake.
