Steve is a Partner Emeritus of the Aldrich Group of Companies, which includes Aldrich CPAs + Advisors LLP, Aldrich Wealth LP, and Aldrich Benefits LP. He began his accounting career in 1974 and served as the president and CEO of Aldrich for over 30 years. In addition, he excels at skillfully negotiating business mergers, sales and acquisitions. Under his leadership, the firm grew from a single office to a multi-state West Coast regional firm with deep industry expertise in several sectors.
Steve was awarded CEO of the Year in the professional services category by the Portland Business Journal in 2009 and selected as a Most Admired Peer by Inside Public Accounting in 2016 and 2014. Steve serves on the board of trustees, executive committee, and as the chair of the Business Management Committee at George Fox University.
Steve graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Science in administration and accounting.
