Niveen Mikha joined Aldrich in 2022 with experience in university recruiting, community relations, and project management within the financial services industry. Niveen also has a background in academia, managing a university’s Career Services Center and relations.

Niveen is passionate about supporting individuals early in their careers, building relationships with people from different backgrounds, and making a difference in people’s lives. She enjoys her career in recruiting and HR because it allows her to be the first point of contact with candidates and share the company culture.

After growing up in San Diego, Niveen graduated with a bachelor’s in business management with an emphasis on human resources from San Diego State University and an MBA with a concentration in project management from Point Loma Nazarene University. She is also a member of the Delta Mu Delta international honor society. Outside of work, Niveen enjoys being active outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, going to live concerts, and traveling.
