MyKim plays a critical role at Aldrich as the Director of Learning and Development. She has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s talent strategy by overseeing the growth of team members while fostering and promoting a coaching culture.
Her extensive human resources and operations background enables her to provide strategic visions and implement innovative programs that help employees achieve their career aspirations while balancing other vital aspects of their whole selves. With a deep passion for helping people better understand themselves professionally and personally, MyKim is committed to providing guidance and a way forward for employees at all levels. Her commitment to excellence also allows MyKim to support the firm’s goal of continuing to grow and thrive in the years ahead.
MyKim holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social sciences and a certificate in HR management from Portland State University. Before joining the firm, MyKim spent over a decade at a national Big Four firm and a local firm in the Portland metro area. When she is not busy shaping the future of talent development at Aldrich, MyKim enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies. She is also an active volunteer at several Oregon organizations and enjoys traveling in her free time.
