Joe Schneid has more than 30 years of experience in the built industry providing transaction planning, tax planning and compliance services. Joe works with businesses, ranging from architects through operating real estate entities. Architects, engineers, contractors, developers and real estate holding companies have all benefited from relationships with Joe.  He works across the country assisting with business transitions and helping owners and future owners understand the various factors that impact the decision-making process to maximize win-win outcomes.

Prior to his time with Aldrich, Joe spent three years as a tax manager for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and in 2004, Joe became one of the very first CCIFP® certification holders in the country.

Joe holds his Master of Taxation degree from the American University in D.C. and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Loyola College in Maryland.
