Carla Riestenberg joined Aldrich in June of 2021 as a Business Advisor. With nearly 15 years of experience working with nonprofits and small businesses, she helps teams increase their impact, build skills, and successfully design and implement technology-driven solutions to address business problems.

Carla received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and received her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University. She is a strong advocate for women in leadership as the Founding Chair of the Women’s Center for Leadership Emerging Leaders Advisory Board and Founding Board Member and Treasurer for the women-led Portland Moto Syndicate. Outside of the office, you can find her spending time outdoors or working in her ceramics studio.
