About Tracy Allen
Tracy Allen, CPA, CCIFP®, is a Partner at Aldrich CPAs + Advisors and leads the firm’s construction industry practice in Oregon. With more than two decades of experience in construction accounting, she provides audit, attest, and consulting services to closely held businesses, with knowledge in cash flow, succession planning, and surety requirements. A recognized industry speaker and educator, Tracy serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Council and the Oregon Society of CPAs board. She was named a DJC Women of Vision award recipient in 2017 and holds a degree in accounting from Linfield College.
About John Lauseng
John Lauseng, CPA, is CEO and Partner of the Aldrich group of companies and has been with the firm since 2009. He brings extensive experience in assurance and consulting for clients in manufacturing, professional services, and closely held businesses. John was named one of the Portland Business Journal’s Executives of the Year in 2023 and was recognized on Accounting Today’s MP Elite list the same year. He currently serves as Vice Chair of CPAmerica and previously served on the Oregon State Board of Accountancy from 2013 to 2019. John holds a degree in accounting from Oregon State University.
