How We Help
With decades of experience as tax advisors to trusts and estates, we have the knowledge to guide you through discussions on the timing, recipients, and allocation of assets. Our professionals are ready to assist in creating an estate plan or reviewing an existing trust agreement.
We work closely with you, attorneys, charities, and financial planners to ensure alignment with your goals. Our estate planning services cover family limited partnerships, qualified personal residence trusts, probate estates, and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
Estate + Year-End Tax Planning
Annual year-end planning is more than a review of your personal income taxes—a review of your estate plan and taxes is an important part of your year-end tax assessment. Our skilled estate planning team offers the resources you need for a successful year-end plan.
Lifetime Gifting Exemption
The lifetime gifting exemption is a valuable—but temporary—strategy to protect your family now and in the future. In 2024, individual taxpayers have a lifetime exemption of $13.61 million, and married couples have $27.22 million to gift or leave to heirs.
In 2026, the exemption will revert to the pre-2018 levels, projected to be between $6 – 7 million per person, as adjusted for inflation. Our advisors will craft a timely plan to help ensure maximum tax savings for you and your loved ones now before time runs out.
