As President and Chief Executive Officer of Aldrich Wealth, Heather Wonderly leads the firm with a steadfast commitment to delivering highly customized wealth management solutions. She is responsible for advancing the firm’s strategic vision, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring clients continue to receive the exceptional service and guidance that define the Aldrich Wealth experience. Guided by a client-first philosophy, Heather is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations navigate complex financial decisions with confidence and clarity. 

Since joining Aldrich Wealth in 2005, Heather has played an integral role in the firm’s growth and evolution. Her leadership is shaped by decades of experience serving clients and developing solutions that align with their financial goals, while strengthening the firm’s culture and long-term success.

Before assuming the role of CEO in 2024, Heather spent more than two decades advising retirement plan sponsors and individuals. She partnered with 401(k) plan committees on investment oversight, fiduciary governance, compliance, and plan administration, helping organizations navigate complex retirement plan decisions and support positive outcomes for their employees. That experience continues to inform her leadership and strategic perspective as she guides Aldrich Wealth’s future. 

Heather holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA™) designations and has completed the Series 7 and Series 66 securities exams. She has been recognized among NAPA’s Top Women Advisors – Captain list for three consecutive years.
