This annual honor recognizes outstanding women leaders from Oregon and Southwest Washington, who are reaching new heights in their careers, supporting their communities, and lifting other women up along the way.

Nicole joined Aldrich Wealth in 2010 and specializes in working with business owners and corporate executives to achieve wealth accumulation and preservation goals. She has served as Partner and Director of Private Wealth for the last five years.

Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy from the University of Montana. An active community member, she volunteers on a regular basis with a number of organizations and schools that focus on creating opportunities and enrichment for youth. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and playing tennis.
