Tatone Servant Leadership Award recipient. This award is rooted in Aldrich’s foundational value of servant leadership, named after former Aldrich CEO Steve Tatone, and acknowledges a team member who thoughtfully supports others, leads with empathy, and makes impactful contributions to the greater good.

Carol joined Aldrich in 2022 as an administrative assistant at the firm’s Portland headquarters, providing comprehensive support across Aldrich’s group of companies. As a central connector between staff and clients, Carol embodies servant leadership by offering proactive support and championing shared success throughout the firm. In 2023, Carol co-founded Leaf Lovers, an Aldrich Community Group that unites employees—both novice and seasoned gardeners—in their shared passion for gardening and plants.

Carol’s diverse professional background prior to joining Aldrich—including roles as a family trauma therapist, preschool teacher, end-of-life caregiver, and various administrative positions—highlights her lifelong commitment to helping and uplifting others. Outside of work, Carol enjoys visiting her children, gardening, reading, baking, and exploring the outdoors.
