January 4, 2020—The Aldrich Group of Companies is excited to announce Nick Balaity as a new partner effective January 1, 2021.

Nick joined the firm in 2016 and has more than eight years of experience providing construction contractors, builders, and real estate professional’s assurance services, including audits, reviews, and compilations. He offers a holistic approach by evaluating the company’s future goals and stakeholders to provide both business and transactional consulting. His experience with sureties, bonding agents, and bankers help him optimize financial statement services for his clients based on their reporting needs.

Nick has helped shape Aldrich instrumentally by enabling our growth in the Orange County and greater Los Angeles area. His dedication to serving our communities across Southern California has allowed Aldrich to expand into new geographies and build a strong connection with the Orange County construction community.

Nick graduated from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo with a degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting. He is also a former board member of the Engineering Contractors Association.
