July 29, 2021 – SAN DIEGO, CA– The Aldrich Group of Companies is pleased to announce that Dan Larson has been selected to serve as the next President for Aldrich CPAs + Advisors LLP. Effective July 1, Larson will lead all tax, attest and client accounting services functions, overseeing service quality, processes, and technical staffing resources across all geographies, including Alaska, Oregon, California, and remote employees. Larson assumes these responsibilities from John Lauseng, allowing him to focus exclusively on leading the entirety of Aldrich in his role as CEO.
Larson joined the firm in June of 2010, specializing in construction tax services for contractors and construction companies. A seasoned leader within the firm, he played a crucial role in increasing efficiency for internal processes and supporting employee career development throughout the firm.
“I am humbled to have the opportunity to lead a group of excellent people,” said Larson. “Joining Aldrich, to me, was about joining a company that truly cared about its people and creating a meaningful culture. I am excited to continue creating opportunities for our people and helping our clients achieve their goals. I look forward to collaborating with my peers and continuing to make Aldrich a great place to work.”
With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, Larson discovered a true passion for organizational leadership when he began managing and mentoring others. “Dan is a great fit for this role because he genuinely wants to have a positive impact on the lives of our people. Dan has a huge heart for both our clients and the people we work with. His exceptional financial mind, paired with a passion for people, will continue to drive the firm’s success,” said John Lauseng, CEO of the Aldrich Group of Companies.
