Our Campus Recruiting Timeline
The timeline below will give you a brief look at our recruiting schedule. Actual dates may vary by location and university. Be sure to check with your career services center, faculty advisors and university job boards to find out when we will be visiting your campus next.

- Summer Leadership Program applications open and available on website and university job boards.
- Presentations and information sessions hosted by student clubs.
February
- Presentations and information sessions hosted by student clubs.
- Oregon Summer Leadership Program applications are due at the end of February.
March
- California Summer Leadership Program applications are due at the beginning of March.
- Summer Leadership Program candidate selections are made.
July
- Summer Leadership Programs hosted in San Diego and Portland.
- Early offers are extended for summer interns.
August
- Fall applications open and become available on university job boards.

Eric Seifert joined Aldrich directly out of graduate school in the Fall of 2013. Eric has expertise in complex multi-state and flow-through tax accounting issues, working primarily with service based companies in the fields of private equity, energy, and entertainment. How do I apply for a position at your firm?
All our open campus positions are posted on our career page and university job boards. Click here to see our available positions.
Does your firm do on-campus interviews?
Following public health guidelines, we are currently hosting all on-campus interviews and events virtually.
What should I include in my application?
Your application should consist of an up-to-date resume, a cover letter describing how you meet the desired qualifications and a copy of your unofficial transcript(s). If you have attended multiple schools, be sure to include all transcripts from each school. Please upload all documents as PDFs.
How do I know you received my application?
You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your application. We will be in touch after the application deadline if you are selected to continue on in our recruiting process.
What if I've graduated and don't have access to my school's career services anymore? Or what if Aldrich isn't recruiting at my campus?
Most of our available campus positions are posted on our Careers page and you can apply there. If the position you are looking for is not posted, reach out to our recruiting team. Also, be sure to take take advantage of any recruitment opportunities happening in your area. For example, Oregon’s OSCPA event is a great way to connect with us if we don’t currently recruit on your campus.
