ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting® Award is based entirely on ratings provided by employees and recognizes employers with at least a 50% Net Promoter score, indicating that the majority of employees are likely to recommend the firm to a friend or colleague.
Companies must have a 50% survey response rate from their employees to be eligible for this recognition. Aldrich received ratings from 73.5% of their internal employees and exceeded the 50% global NPS standard to receive an “excellent” experience rating.
