This begins with fostering a culture of inclusion, belonging, and equal opportunity. As a firm, we provide equitable pathways to success for anyone with a desire to lead and a commitment to driving results for our people, clients, and communities. Aldrich collectively values diversity of experiences and perspectives. We engage in robust dialogue rooted in mutual respect, especially when differences of opinion arise. Due to the broad range of experiences and backgrounds our people and clients represent, Aldrich refrains from publicly speaking on behalf of employees on sensitive matters, including but not limited to current events and politics. Aldrich is committed to ongoing improvement and transparent communication with our people.
Aldrich created a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee that is made up of firm leadership representing the various teams and industries that make up the Aldrich group of companies. The DEIB Committee has developed a DEIB charter statement, firm plan, community milestones, and training schedule. The committee regularly reports its progress to stakeholders and the firm.
In 2022, Aldrich introduced two floating holidays for all employees—in addition to our firmwide holidays—to observe days/holidays that are personally significant to them. Our Human Resources team has also reviewed our policies and employee handbooks to make improvements for inclusivity.
Living our values through Action Day
Over the years, our community involvement has included sponsorships, participation in events, volunteering as Board and Committee members, and providing direct financial support. Aldrich also lives out our commitment to community involvement by offering 16 hours of volunteer time annually. This allows employees to be involved in projects during work hours that serve basic needs, which we define as shelter, hunger, education, and enrichment.
Annually, we also sponsor Aldrich Action Day, where each of our geographic locations’ volunteers together at a designated nonprofit.

Using Action Day to amplify our environmental impact
Our annual day of service is often centered around environmental projects like removing invasive plants, trash pickup, and preserving green spaces. Aldrich consistently reviews our practices to continue to evaluate opportunities for improvement.
Our Commitment to the Environment
Commitment to the environment is deeply rooted in our organizational values. We believe that environmental responsibilities and business objectives are connected and linked to the health and safety of our employees and the communities we serve. Aldrich is committed to reducing our environmental footprint by conducting business in an environmentally prudent manner.
We continuously strive to improve our impact on the local and global environment by conserving energy, water, and other natural resources.
To live this commitment, all Aldrich offices strive to reduce waste and offer recycling or compost for paper, plastic, and organic waste. Our offices use motion sensors to ensure overhead lights are only being used when needed by present employees. We embrace digital solutions for internal and external processes to reduce our reliance on paper. Our inviting kitchen space offers reusable utensils and glassware to limit single-use items.
Supporting local brands, coffee is brewed on-site, and kombucha and cold brew are offered on tap, reducing waste from coffee cups and bottles. Outside of the office, our hybrid work environment supports fuel conservation and reduces pollution.
