Shaivi Vasanadu brings nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting for closely held businesses in various industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and retail. Shaivi provides assurance services, including audits, reviews, compilations, and business consulting solutions. Her deep understanding of construction accounting and industry best practices enables her to offer strategic guidance that aligns with client’s long-term objectives.

Shaivi is a 2024 recipient of the San Diego Business Journal’s Women of Influence in Finance and Accounting Award. She is also a member of multiple industry organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Construction Financial Management Association, and the CalCPA Education Foundation. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego.

Shaivi graduated from the University of Bangalore with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and a master’s in business administration with a specialization in finance.

Outside of work, Shaivi enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling.
