Nick Balaity joined the firm in 2016 and has provided construction contractors, builders, and real estate professionals assurance services (audits, reviews, and compilations) since 2011. Prior to joining Aldrich, Nick started his career working with a large local firm in Portland, Oregon. Nick likes to take a holistic approach to serving his clients by looking at the future goals of the company and its shareholders while being mindful of the present. His experience with sureties, bonding agents, and bankers helps him provide his clients with the best financial statement services based on their reporting needs.

Nick graduated from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo with a business administration degree and an accounting concentration. Nick is also a former board member of the Engineering Contractors Association.
