Micaiah Fischer joined Aldrich CPAs and Advisors in 2024, bringing with her over four years of public accounting experience with a Big Four accounting firm. She works with clients across the manufacturing and forest products industries, offering support with tax provisions and related planning strategies. Micaiah combines her strengths in organization and team development to manage client deliverables while cultivating a supportive and collaborative environment.

Micaiah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from George Fox University and is fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, Micaiah enjoys film photography, attending Hillsboro Hops and Portland Timbers games, going to concerts featuring her favorite Latin artists, and staying active at the gym.
