Before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer at Aldrich, he held key financial positions at a local Portland software company, where he successfully implemented financial strategies that resulted in a successful exit of the company.

Known for his strategic acumen, Lucas has consistently demonstrated the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives. He is adept at developing and executing financial strategies that optimize efficiency, enhance profitability, and mitigate risks. His leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex financial landscapes, positioning Aldrich as a financially robust and competitive player in the financial services industry.

Lucas graduated from the University of Portland with a BBA in accounting. Outside of the office, Lucas enjoys the outdoors through hunting, fishing, rafting, and mountain biking.
