Leticia Lambourne joined Aldrich Solutions in 2026, bringing over 20 years of experience in information technology, security, and software development. Her background spans software development, system administration, and security and privacy consulting, giving her a broad perspective on the technology and security needs of organizations. 

Leticia works with clients to understand their information security needs across the organization and develop efficient, effective security programs. She has helped organizations establish and enhance information security policies and programs, assess regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and strengthen incident response and disaster recovery plans. Her work spans a diverse range of industries and organizations. 

Leticia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. She is a CMMC Registered Practitioner Advanced (RPA) and an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer. 

Outside of work, Leticia enjoys playing piano and has taught piano since she was a teenager. She is also passionate about woodworking and enjoys creating unique pens from exotic woods for family and friends.
