Justin North joined Aldrich CPAs + Advisors in 2025 with a focus on serving construction and nonprofit organizations. He helps clients navigate financial reporting and compliance requirements while supporting their long-term goals and mission-driven work. 

Before joining Aldrich, Justin worked at a global accounting firm, where he contributed to audits of public companies in the semiconductor and technology industries. His experience provides a strong foundation in audit and assurance services, financial reporting, and client service. 

Justin enjoys working with organizations that make a meaningful impact in their communities and values the opportunity to support their continued success.  

Justin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Santa Clara University. 

Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, watching college football, and exploring Portland’s restaurant scene with his fiancée.
