Jenny Dodge is the Client Success Manager with Aldrich Solutions, where she partners with organizations to strengthen cybersecurity programs while delivering a seamless, high-value client experience. As part of the Cyber Risk Services team, she works closely with business and technical leaders to align security initiatives with organizational priorities and measurable results.

Jenny joined Aldrich Solutions through the acquisition of Summit Security Group, where she focused on enhancing internal processes to support client success, operational efficiency, and company growth. Her commitment to relationship-building and attention to detail have contributed to strong client retention and long-term partnerships. Jenny brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to every engagement, helping clients navigate evolving security needs with clarity and confidence.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Willamette University. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys fighting the good fight between her children and Minecraft, crafting like a 19th century pilgrim (candle-making, broom-making, spinning, and basketry), and paddleboarding.
