Jennifer Seifert joined Aldrich in 2013 and brings over ten years of experience in public accounting. As a licensed CPA with an MBA, she serves clients through Aldrich’s Client Outsourced Accounting Services group, providing controller-level support that helps organizations strengthen operations, improve reporting, and enhance financial visibility to enable informed decision-making. Jennifer partners closely with clients as a trusted advisor, aligning fiscal practices with organizational strategy.

Prior to her current role, Jennifer worked in audit and assurance, focusing on nonprofit and governmental organizations. This background provides a strong foundation in financial oversight, internal controls, and compliance, which she now applies in a proactive, advisory capacity for mission-driven entities and others.

She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her MBA from San Diego State University. Jennifer is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and three young sons, staying active, and exploring new places while continuing to challenge herself through personal and professional growth, including pursuing her PMP certification.
