Dave Harris became Director of Information Technology (IT) in 2022 after joining the firm in 2021 as IT Manager, Business Applications. Dave leads the design and execution of the firm’s technology processes. He works closely with our administration team to devise effective IT solutions that allow us to maximize the quality of the services we offer.   

He has over 20 years of experience in IT programming, system development, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation. Before Aldrich, Dave successfully ran numerous database building, software development, and application implementation projects tailored to specific business needs.   

Dave has a passion for developing the skills of others. This devotion led Dave to found Tendril Tech, a nonprofit dedicated to creating a space that supports growth in technological literacy and career building. Dave currently serves as Tendril’s Executive Director and continues to assist non-degreed learners in creating successful IT careers.   

Outside of work, Dave enjoys gardening, cooking, travelling, and spending time with his wife and their dog.
