Darian Emry joined Aldrich in 2025 and brings a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities where they can thrive. With experience in recruiting and talent acquisition across accounting and finance, operations, human resources, and executive leadership, Darian is committed to connecting individuals with roles where they can grow and contribute meaningfully.

Her background includes over five years in recruitment and account management, paired with nearly a decade of leadership in training and development. Darian has worked across a range of industries, with particular emphasis on manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.

Darian holds a BA in Applied Business Data Analytics and Business from Arizona State University and an AS in Business from Portland Community College.

Outside of the office, Darian enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband and two dogs or cheering from the sidelines at her nieces’ and nephews’ sporting events.
