Brad Knirk joined Aldrich CPAs + Advisors in 2018 as an intern and transitioned to full-time in 2019. He focuses on providing audit and advisory services to construction clients ranging from specialty subcontractors to large heavy civil contractors while helping them strengthen financial visibility, address risk, and improve operational performance. 

His experience spans a wide range of construction environments, where he supports organizations in navigating complex accounting and project-related challenges while building long-term client relationships. 

He is actively involved in the construction finance community as a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Portland Chapter, where he serves as Treasurer. He also participates in industry events with organizations such as the Surety Association of Oregon (SAO), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), and NW Utility Contractors Association (NWUCA). 

Brad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his accounting degree from George Fox University. 

Outside of work, Brad enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
