ORANGE COUNTY, CA, SEPTEMBER 16, 2025—OneOC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating community impact through corporate volunteerism and nonprofit support, has named Aldrich to its 2025 Civic 50 Orange County list recognizing the region’s 50 most community-minded companies. The annual program honors businesses across Orange County that demonstrate strong corporate social responsibility through community engagement, resource investment, and measurable social impact.Â
Honorees are selected through an independently administered survey developed in partnership with True Impact and adapted from the national Civic 50 framework by Points of Light. The survey evaluates companies across four dimensions of corporate citizenship: investment of resources, integration across business functions, institutionalization through policies and systems, and impact measurement.
Aldrich’s inclusion reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to improving quality of life in the communities it serves. This includes company-wide volunteerism and leadership in nonprofit governance. Each Aldrich employee receives 16–hours of paid volunteer time annually, and staff regularly engage in housing, education, enrichment, and hunger relief initiatives. In addition, Aldrich hosts an annual firmwide service event, Action Day, bringing together team members across all locations to volunteer with nonprofits across the Western United States.Â
