Kaly Valdez joined Aldrich CPAs + Advisors in 2023 as an intern and transitioned to a full-time position in 2024. She focuses on providing tax preparation and planning services to growth services clients, helping businesses navigate tax requirements while supporting their long-term objectives.  

Known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, Kaly enjoys helping clients work through complex tax matters and delivering practical solutions tailored to their needs. She values building strong, lasting relationships and is committed to providing responsive, reliable service that helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.  

Kaly earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. 

Outside of work, Kaly enjoys refurbishing furniture and finding creative ways to restore and repurpose pieces for everyday use, combining craftsmanship with an eye for design.
