Jenny joined Aldrich in 2001. She is a broad-based operations leader with 20+ years of experience in the CPA, Wealth, Advisory and professional services industry, recognized for the ability to step into complex environments, connect the dots across functions, and keep people, priorities, and operations moving forward. A highly versatile and trusted business partner, she brings deep institutional knowledge and hands-on experience spanning firm administration, facilities, office operations, events, employee and partner support, vendor management, and cross-functional initiatives. 

Known for seeing both the big picture and the details required to execute it, she has built a career navigating the operational complexities of a professional-services firm while partnering with leaders at all levels. Her experience spans leadership, governance, event and operational management, and community involvement, giving her a broad perspective on how organizations operate and succeed. Her judgment, resourcefulness, and ability to take ownership enable her to serve as a critical link between strategy and execution, helping ensure the business operates effectively day to day. 

Jenny is actively involved in her community, having served on the Willamette Humane Society Board of Directors from 2008 to 2022 along with various other non-profits in Oregon. Her leadership and service were recognized with the 2023 Stephen M. Tatone Servant Leadership Award directed by Aldrich, a program that has recognized team members for nearly a decade. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Oregon State University. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with her family.
