Alexander Green joined Aldrich in 2023 and supports internal teams while serving as a key point of contact for prospective candidates. He focuses on college and campus recruiting, full-cycle hiring, and enhancing HR workflows through event coordination, candidate experience design, and the use of AI tools.

Prior to joining Aldrich, he worked in college admissions, advising students and managing outreach efforts, experience that continues to inform his people-centered approach to work.

Alexander holds a BA in English from Hillsdale College and an MA in Character Education from the University of Birmingham.

Outside of work, Alexander enjoys playing instruments, discovering new music, reading, and staying active through biking, running, and exploring the outdoors. He values time with his family, takes on ongoing home projects, and is actively involved in his local church community.
