LAKE OSWEGO, OR, July 16, 2025—Aldrich held its Action Day, an annual event where employees participate in community service projects. Action Day demonstrates Aldrich’s commitment to strengthening the communities where its employees live and work through hands-on volunteerism and local partnerships.
For 2025’s Action Day, employees from across the firm’s West Coast offices participated in a range of volunteer activities including:
Spokane, WA: The team sorted and prepared food for distribution at Second Harvest Inland Northwest Food Bank.
San Diego and Carlsbad, CA: Volunteers from both offices joined the Coastal Roots Farm in San Diego, assisting with crop planting, mulching, and small-scale construction to promote sustainable agriculture and food access.
Salem, OR: Employees supported Family Building Blocks with hands-on projects including gardening, bus cleaning, and classroom preparation.
Orange County, CA: Team members partnered with the Orange County Food Bank to assemble food boxes for low-income seniors.
Lake Oswego, OR: Staff members engaged in a range of localized service activities, from delivering floral arrangements to assisted living facilities to volunteering at local humane societies.
