Carla Riestenberg was named Executive Vice President of Aldrich Solutions in 2026.

She initially joined Aldrich in 2021 and served as Director of Program and Change Management Office, where she led enterprise-wide change initiatives and partnered closely with firm leadership to drive adoption and measurable outcomes until moving over to Aldrich Solutions.  

In her role with Aldrich Solutions, Carla oversees services focused on enterprise value creation, including ERP and Application evaluations and implementation, automation and digital enablement, and process optimization and adoption. Drawing on her experience leading complex internal transformations, she helps clients design and implement technology-driven solutions that are practical, people-centered, and built to scale—ensuring organizations not only implement change, but realize lasting value from it. 

Carla brings more than 19 years of experience working with nonprofits and small businesses. She is known for helping teams increase their impact, build capability, and navigate change with clarity and confidence. 

Carla received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and received her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University. Outside of the office, you can find her spending time outdoors, riding one of her many motorcycles or working in her ceramics studio.
