Brendan Hollis specializes in providing tax and financial planning services to construction contractors, manufacturers and distributors. He helps business owners with their financial planning to grow wealth for retirement and effectively meet their families’ future needs.

Brendan also advises clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including structuring acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and carve-outs. He has expertise in tax modeling, tax benefit analyses, tax due diligence, and tax planning for “step-ups” (e.g., Sections 338(h)(10), 336(e), or 754 elections).

He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Surety Association, Denver Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth, and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors. Brendan attended CSUSM, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accountancy.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys the outdoor activities that each Colorado season has to offer and spending as much time as he can with his wife and children.
