Mark Birge, CPA, JD, PFS

Mark Birge is a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant who specializes in providing strategic tax and personal financial planning services to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and public company executives. He is also an expert in estate, gift, succession planning, and family office consulting and structure.

At our Private Wealth Tax group, Mark helps clients achieve their overall financial goals and objectives by providing personalized services that are tailored to their unique needs. He takes a collaborative approach, working closely with his clients to develop and coordinate high-performing teams to achieve their financial goals.

Mark is passionate about guiding individuals through estate planning and personal financial planning matters, and he advises business owners on customized exit and succession strategies. He is dedicated to helping his clients transition to their next big adventure, whatever that may be.

Mark joined our firm in 1989 and played a pivotal role in opening Aldrich’s first office outside of Salem. Mark graduated from Washington State University with an Accounting degree and received his J.D. from Willamette University Law School. He spent ten years with a “Big 8” accounting firm early in his career, where he developed tax and financial planning skills.

In addition to his professional expertise, Mark is involved with a number of professional and civic organizations. He is committed to giving back to his community and staying current on industry trends and best practices.
