She provides clients with guidance on indirect cost rate (overhead) audits and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance, along with financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and employee benefit plan audits.

Xavi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Troy University, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and an Associate in Arts from Northwest Florida State College, also with a 4.0 GPA. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She was also a nominated participant of the Oregon Society of CPA (OSCPA) Leadership Academy – Leadership Excellence Advancing Professionals (LEAP).

Prior to joining Aldrich, she worked in both internship and full-time roles at a regional public accounting firm, serving clients across Georgia and Florida before relocating to Oregon.

Driven by a passion for numbers and a long-standing interest in creative and technical disciplines, Xavi brings a unique perspective to her work. After originally pursuing studies in engineering and architecture, she found her calling in accounting, a path that allows her to merge all three interests while supporting clients in those various industries.
