Luke Mino joined Aldrich in 2022. He provides audit services to clients in the construction and nonprofit sectors, working closely with contractors to identify inefficiencies and strengthen financial processes and reporting accuracy.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from San Diego State University.

Outside of work, Luke can often be found rock climbing, hiking local trails, or on the field playing softball or soccer. A lifelong learner with a knack for facts, he’s also a reliable asset to any trivia team.
