Chad joined the firm in July 2006 and became a partner in 2020. He has decades of accounting experience and provides his clients with knowledge in strategic tax planning, multi-state and general tax compliance services, business consulting, and business transaction support. He spends his time focusing on construction and construction-related clients.

Chad graduated with his Bachelor of Science degrees in Financial Accounting and Business Management from Corban University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon with his CCIFP certification. He has also taught multiple seminars and classes for AGC, CFMA, ACEC.
