October 25, 2017 – “Project Management”

7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Join us for an opportunity to learn from a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt! Project management is an art and science that takes practice. To be successful one must simultaneously manage the three basic elements of a project: scope, time, and cost. These elements are all interrelated and must be managed together if the project and project manager are to be successful. Come learn the basics of project management to help you succeed.
