Trina joined Aldrich in 2018, where she focuses on helping businesses identify the best benefits solutions for their employees’ needs. Trina began her career in Mercer’s accounting department before moving into their consulting practice. While at Mercer, Trina concentrated on larger companies with 500-1000 employees, and is highly knowledgeable about large, multi-location groups and self-funded plans. After five years with the company, Trina transitioned to working with smaller benefit consulting firms and conducted her own project consulting and bookkeeping services before eventually returning to Mercer.
As a member of the Aldrich Benefits team, Trina works primarily with a variety of clients including counties, municipalities, and school districts. She enjoys working closely with her clients to identify the best solutions for their budget and their needs, plan for the future, and ensure they are maximizing the benefits of their vendor partners.
Trina earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oregon State University.
