Sydney Van Baest joined Aldrich Wealth in 2018. Sydney works closely with high net worth individuals and business owners to guide them through their complex financial needs, providing investment-related guidance in order to meet their short and long-term financial goals. She has experience working in the areas of wealth management and financial planning.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Sydney spent time in the Accounting and Reporting Transformation group at a Big Four firm, where she delivered finance and accounting process improvement solutions to clients in the healthcare and technology spaces. Sydney has experience working closely with C-suite executives, accounting controllers, and various major stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies.
Sydney graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in Business Administration. Sydney is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has completed the Series 65 exam.
In her free time, Sydney is an avid skydiver. She earned her license early in 2019 and spends most of her free time jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.
