As Chief People Officer, Melissa Berndt is the carrier of Aldrich’s culture. She oversees all functions related human resources and legal. Prior to joining Aldrich, Melissa worked as vice president for US Bank’s Charitable Services group and as a consultant for a large national accounting firm.
Melissa was named a 2025 HR Leadership Award Winner by the Portland Business Journal. In 2023, she was also named one of the Portland Business Journal’s Executives of the Year.
Melissa graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, has a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law, and is an Oregon State Bar member.
