Erin Greene joined Aldrich in 2019 and has built a career grounded in client service, operational support, and collaborative team dynamics. She began her journey at Aldrich as a Practice Coordinator supporting the Manufacturing and Growth Services groups, where she gained valuable insight into the needs of privately held businesses and developed a passion for bringing clarity to complex financial challenges.

Since transitioning into assurance, Erin has applied that foundation to her current role, providing financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, and employee benefit plan audits. She works with clients in the retail, professional services, and manufacturing and distribution sectors, helping business owners better understand their financial reporting so they can make informed, confident decisions.

Erin holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Portland State University and earned a double major in German and Global Studies from San Jose State University.

Outside of work, she is an avid scuba diver, dog lover, enthusiastic traveler, and aspiring home cook who enjoys learning, staying active, and spreading joy—especially through food.
