Chelsea McElroy joined Aldrich CPAs and Advisors in 2020 and focuses on providing tax planning and compliance services tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals. She works closely with physician groups, dental practices, and medical entities to develop individualized tax strategies and guide clients through transitions, mergers, and succession planning.

Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Portland State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Oregon Society of CPAs (OSCPA).

Outside of work, Chelsea finds balance and energy through reading, exploring local hiking trails, and connecting with friends and family.
