Brian joined the firm in 2021 as the Director of Marketing. A longtime communications professional with a background spanning agency, client-side, and freelance environments, Brian is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Aldrich’s marketing communications and content strategies.
In his previous role as Strategy Director, Content and Communications for Opus Agency—an innovative global leader in experiential marketing and brand events—Brian developed and executed campaigns aligning to client and event goals, working with a portfolio of clients including some of the most successful and fast-growing Silicon Valley technology companies.
Directing the Aldrich Marketing team’s strategic efforts, Brian will collaborate closely with Aldrich’s executive leadership to drive branding, digital and print campaigns, internal communications, client experience, sales support, and long-term planning.
Brian has a degree in advertising from the University of Oregon, and lives in Southwest Portland with his wife and two children. When not at home, the Carlsons can usually be found touring state and national parks in a small camper named Clementine.
