Pat brings more than 25 years of public accounting experience to Aldrich, including leading several wealth and estate planning groups as a Partner and serving as the Chief Financial Officer at a nationally recognized real estate company.

Hirata has had the honor of serving as a board member for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She also enjoys sharing her experience as a guest speaker for various conferences, presenting on income, estate, and succession planning services. Outside of work, Hirata enjoys hiking, running, and traveling, especially to the Southern California desert where she resides part-time.
