Glen received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Portland State University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from OHSU and Portland State University.

Lauren Cover helps practices with provider health plan contracting and credentialing, financial analysis and feasibility, benchmarking and other financial reporting, strategic planning, service-line targeted growth, team coordination, and leadership. Lauren has worked in hospital and physician contracting since 2008.

Lauren Cover, Senior Manager of Physician Consulting with Aldrich Advisors, is speaking about the effects of physician burnout and how to alleviate it. Burnout is a serious issue in healthcare and it’s affecting more and more physicians each year. Learning strategies for how to prevent burnout, and how to help mitigate it if it has already occurred, will not only improve the lives of physicians, it will also benefit their patients and the organizations they work for as well.

This ultimately allows them to follow through with their dishonest actions. A well-thought-out fraud prevention strategy and a strong tone at the top can aid in protecting your business
